The Role


  • Reporting directly into the Head of Paid Search & managing a team of 3 – 5 analysts ranging in experience.
  • Responsible for the strategy and performance of a portfolio of clients, ensuring we meet or exceed their targets.
  • Ensuring we deliver a best in class paid search management service for our clients
  • Take ownership of strategic client partnerships and develop long lasting genuine relationships with your client contacts.
  • The management and training of your team is a crucial part of this role.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships/Marketing team on new business and marketing opportunities.

Accountabilities


  • Responsible for the strategy and planning of award winning and market leading performance marketing campaigns for delivery amongst you and your team.
  • Owning and nurturing senior-level relationships with your clients.
  • Responsible for your team’s smooth operation and organisation; including weekly one-to-ones with your team members (to check-in, discuss opportunities for development and gauge progress against PDPs) as well as team-wide weekly meetings to discuss your clients and supervise strategic forward-planning for each.
  • Training & developing paid search analysts within your team ensuring their continued growth and that they are meeting their quarterly personal objectives.
  • Auditing campaigns and workflow processes to ensure continual improvements to productivity and quality of work; best practice documentation, training and auditing is a crucial part of this role.
  • Supporting new business with pitch preparation and delivery.
  • Supporting marketing with content and thought leadership.
  • Maintenance of documentation / process decks / training decks.
  • Ensuring the company’s core values are being upheld throughout all levels of the business – setting an example for your team.

Skills, competencies & experience


  • 4+ years working across Paid Search
  • Experience with the full suite of Google Ads products (Search, Display, UAC, YouTube)
  • Experience working across a set of clients in different ecommerce verticals
  • A proven track record of delivering high performance with large, complex campaigns
  • Proven record of training and developing junior members of the team
  • A lean, data-driven mentality and strong bias for A/B testing and experimentation
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A willingness to learn, research and use initiative
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, including high level of English grammar
  • High level proficiency with Microsoft Excel including Pivot, SUMIF and other formulae
  • Proven presentation and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working across teams with teams who do not report to you
  • Enthusiasm and confidence with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

Preferred experience:

  • Experience working within a similar role at an agency
  • Experience with SQL
  • Facebook, LinkedIn and other ad platforms experience
  • Experience using Google Ads Scripts & automation

The Package


Salary: £45,000-55,000 per annum
Holidays: 25 (plus Bank Holidays) + an extra day for each year of tenure
Location: Work From Anywhere with occasional attendance required at our HQ in Kennington

The Role


This key role will see you managing our data infrastructure, and using this to identify new growth opportunities within our clients. Managing a team of 1-2 data analysts, reporting directly into the Director of Paid Media, you’ll work closely with our team leads to provide additional insights.

Accountabilities


  • Reporting directly into the Director of Paid Media & managing a team of 1-2 data analysts ranging in experience.
  • Working closely with team leads & clients to provide additional insights such as life time value, cohort analysis & insights to drive growth.
  • Take ownership of and maintain our data infrastructure.
  • Create and improve our reporting processes and automations.
  • Analyse paid search and paid social performance giving insight for improvements.
  • Manipulate data and present findings to clients through commentary and visual formats.
  • Research ways which will improve campaign performance and productivity.
  • Identify new growth opportunities for clients.

Skills, competencies & experience


  • 3+ years working across data analysis preferably in an agency
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL for automating data analysis and reporting via Google BigQuery
  • Experience working in BigQuery or a similar data warehouse environment
  • Experience managing the administration and/or adoption of a data visualisation tool
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads
  • An understanding of Google Analytics & Tag Manager
  • A track record of communicating complex data analysis in a understandable manner
  • Confident dealing with and communicating with clients

Business Development Manager

The Role


Own Katté & Co’s new business strategy to deliver revenue growth across our Paid Search + Paid Social service offering by generating and helping to close new business through a mixture of both outbound and inbound sales.

You will have a clear understanding of how to identify, connect and build relationships with decision makers within our target market organisations. You will be nurturing these relationships over time and use our CRM to build a comprehensive view of key contact and opportunity information across our target markets.

You will work closely with Katté’s marketing function to shape the agency’s strategy and ensure you have what is needed to cut through the noise and resonate with our target prospects.

You will work closely with the Head of Paid Search and Head of Paid Social (and their respective teams) to manage the pitch process from beginning to end including commercial negotiations and contract signing.

Our sales process is extremely consultative and at no point should our prospects feel like they are being ‘sold at’.

Accountabilities


  • Devise and execute outbound strategies and tactics that drive qualified leads within our target market.
  • Reporting on the outbound strategy, including setting and monitoring KPIs and forecasting new business to help the delivery teams plan for new business generated from your strategies.
  • Operate & maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) ensuring it is completely up-to-date on a daily basis.
  • For in-bound enquiries you will be responsible for qualifying prospects against our new business criteria via telephone and face-to-face meetings. During these meetings you will be having highly consultative conversations with senior level decision makers. You will be asking questions to understand the customer’s needs and objectives and whether or not they are a good fit for Katté all the while ensuring that Katté are presented as the market leaders in Paid Search + Social for ecom.
  • Responsible for owning the annual and quarterly new business revenue targets.
  • End to end lead management from enquiry through to contract signatures. Including cold/dead leads which should be nurtured back to life where possible.
  • Weekly reporting on your current pipeline and outbound activity.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager on various tactics and campaigns which is likely to include Events, Webinars + Content promotion via our website and LinkedIn.
  • Feeding back intel to Marketing such as what content resonates well with prospects and the common problems and challenges that prospects are facing.
  • Manage the pitch process including co-ordinating the pitch team members, the pitch decks and run throughs and rehearsals making sure that all client facing pitches that are delivered are meeting our high standards.
  • Keep up to date with latest industry trends and news in order to spot “news jacking” opportunities as a way of sparking new relationships or developing existing ones.

Skills, competencies & experience


  • 2+ years of outbound business development experience (preferably at a digital agency or SaaS business that targeted C-suite, directors and senior decision makers)
  • Experience and a proven track record of building and owning the outbound sales strategy for a digital agency or SaaS business.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to craft content for outreach purposes that resonates with and stands out to our target audience.
  • Credible subject knowledge across Paid Search + Social (you will be leading highly consultative calls with senior level decision makers within our target audience)
  • Results and targets driven: you will have a hunger to track, measure and report on your performance.
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn
  • A keen eye for detail and an eagerness to learn, research and use initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills
  • Proven presentation and PowerPoint skills
  • Enthusiasm and confidence with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

The Role


We’re looking for someone to support the paid social team in the ideation and creation of engaging, attractive and high-performing video/animated ads to achieve client objectives on social channels including Facebook & YouTube.

Accountabilities


  • Responsible for the creation of video/animation and banner ads and thumbnails in formats and variations required based on incoming briefs from the paid social team and client. (opportunities to take the lead in direction and ideation although sticking to proven frameworks)
  • Use and further develop creative frameworks in place as templates/guidebooks for social ad content development.
  • Presenting concepts/designs to clients where needed.
  • Manage overlapping projects and tight deadlines.
  • Developing shareable template files for internal use.
  • Product expert: Develops deep product knowledge, works with campaign managers to inform product development and new features, and evangelizes new use cases for the editor used
  • Maintaining client project management boards ensuring these are kept up to date
  • Supporting your Team Lead with audits and ad hoc requests
  • Ensuring the companies core values are being upheld throughout all levels of the business

Measures of Performance


  • Timely delivery of client briefs.
  • Consistently achieving client KPIs
  • Achieving 8+ on quarterly client NPS scores
  • Successfully training junior members of the team through to promotions

Skills, competencies & experience


  • 2+ years creating commercial video/animated content for brands or ads preferably. A proven track record of delivering effective video/animated content for complex communication campaigns.
  • Clear understanding of the landscape.
  • Strong video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Premier, After Effects and Photoshop as well as Illustrator in order to mix film, audio & music with moving graphics to communicate effectively.

The Role


Develop Katté & Co’s marketing strategy working closely with the sales team to deliver successful marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive demand for and awareness of our agency within our target market (ambitious DTC ecommerce brands investing across Paid Search & Social).

Accountabilities


  • Devise and execute marketing strategies and tactics that drive leads and build awareness for Katté within our target market.
  • Reporting on the marketing strategy, including tracking costs and calculating MQL and SQL costs from specific campaigns and initiatives via our CRM platform (Pipedrive) and Google Analytics.
  • Define, own and manage the marketing budget.
  • Identify opportunities to form partnerships with other companies to promote Katté and our services.
  • Managing the agency’s website, blog, content creation and all agency collateral
  • Which channels you choose and run with are up to you, but are likely to include:
    • Content ideation and production
    • Event marketing and management
    • Email marketing
    • LinkedIn content strategy (personal and company)
    • Case studies
    • PR and partnerships
    • Social Media (organic + paid)
    • Producing marketing collateral
  • Working closely with the founder, Head of Biddable and Head of Partnerships to ensure that sales and marketing is joined up and all marketing activity is complemented by appropriate sales follow-up; providing required collateral to sales teams as required.
  • Working with external design agencies/freelancers to produce compelling marketing collateral such as case studies, guides and playbooks.
  • Leading on the new website project starting from agency selection through to delivery of the new website that reflects our brand, ethos and direction we are heading.

Skills, competencies & experience


  • Demonstrable marketing experience, ideally in B2B services (preferably a digital agency)
  • Experience of devising and delivering marketing campaigns – from ideation to execution to reporting
  • Knowledge of and interest in digital marketing (Paid Search + Social)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn
  • A keen eye for detail
  • An eagerness to learn, research and use initiative

The Application Process

  1. Apply for the role via the links on this page.
  2. If your initial application is successful we'll invite you to a short 15 minute video call to see if you like us and we like you. This is all about chemistry.
  3. The second and final interview would be in person and last a maximum of 1.5 hours. We'll ask you to prepare and present a short presentation for this. This is all about showcasing your skills.
