Challenge


The Diamond Store approached Katté & Co because of their creative capabilities and impressive track record. Having struggled to scale activity profitably with a heavily segmented account they were looking for a full service management solution with creative at its core.

Strategy


The team started by implementing a new account structure, splitting campaigns based on genders and simplifying the funnel.
Next, our Performance Studio team updated existing creatives optimising them for social, focusing on length, asset size and cross-funnel messaging.

Tailoring creative across the funnel, rethinking previous concepts and testing new designs was a key part of the process.
Live ad sets also dropped from 280 in the period to 25, allowing consolidated data and more learnings to pass through the campaigns as at more efficient rate.
