Swyft had been operating for only a couple of months and wanted to scale their marketing activity in order to increase sofa sales. The brief was to grow customer numbers within a limited budget.

Katté & Co took a holistic view of all channels where the goal was to help Swyft scale online and not just via specific channels. This meant that Paid Search and Paid Social would have to grow individually and support growth across all channels. It was key to not only drive sales but also identify key performance metrics such as engaged users who could be converted via other channels.

Whilst having a perfect view of every channel’s contribution wasn’t possible it was key to make sure reporting reflected total online growth. By making the most of dedicated channel teams, the combined team at Katté & Co was able to help Swyft greatly whilst assigning budgets between channel that would maximise top line growth.
