Ella & Co approached Katté with a relatively new Google Ads account that had been setup and run for a couple of months but were struggling to scale efficiently. They were effectively creating a category in what was already a very crowded and competitive market with well established market leaders dominating the SERPs.

They were looking for a partner who could lead on both strategy and implementation and deliver against ambitious growth targets at a sustainable efficiency (CPA).


We built out a brand new account structure using our Best Practice Methodology leveraging all the tools of our PPC armoury including combining Broad Keywords and Smart Bidding along with a sophisticated smart shopping setup and image extensions.
We worked closely with the client to help them understand the true meaning behind their CPAs and ultimately determine a marketing CPA that made sense economically to the business.

Having identified that they were a premium offering competing in a market that was heavily saturated by discount messaging, we helped them steer away from discount or free delivery messaging in order to differentiate. We knew that moving away from this was key for success and for their longer term brand positioning.

On top of this we built a bespoke suite of reporting tools and dashboards that gave real time transparency on performance for all stakeholders of the business.
