What Our Team Say
A truly progressive company, I'm proud to say I'm part of a business where they truly care about its employees.
What's unique about Katte & Co. is the work and life balance. They give their employees a lot of social opportunities to either build/strengthen the team relationships or just to have a fun time together.
A genuinely good company to work for and management are good to be around. We're going places and that is fun to be part of.
Everyone gets on really well and we enjoy each others company. We thrive as a company when we are supportive of each other. Management really cares about the feedback it is given and looks to improve the business however they can. If I ever have any issues I know that my manager will listen and escalate it higher if needed. I feel very well supported here, both psychologically and in my career progression.
They truly care about employees' well-being & mental health and always try to improve that. They listen to employees' opinions and give us the choice to WFH/WFO that best suits us. They celebrate on special occasions and make everyone feels part of it which is great. And the Summer Friday is certainly unique and definitely makes a difference.
