This is NOT your typical corporate training scheme. You’ll be exposed to digital marketing, specifically Paid Search + Social, at the highest level whilst rolling up your sleeves and actually doing something impactful.

What the programme offers

Industry Leading Training

We’ve designed and developed an industry leading training programme that will introduce you to the world of Digital Marketing, specifically Paid Search + Social.
No experience required: we’ll give you all the training, guidance and support you’ll need. All we ask in return is that you’re excited by what we do and you bring, energy, enthusiasm and hard work to the role.

Fast-track Career Progression

As a small and fast growing agency we can offer much faster career progression than you would find at larger agencies and most other corporate grad schemes. We hire and promote based on merit alone, not simply length of time in a job. We’ve had a graduate join and become a team leader within just 3 years!

Flexible Work-Life Balance

We operate a Work From Anywhere policy which means our team is trusted to work from wherever they think they’ll do their best work.  That could be the office, at home, your local library or coffee shop or simply a combination of all of them. During your initial training you should expect to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

Exciting Brands

We’ve worked hard to build an enviable reputation as an agency. Almost all of our clients come to us from a referral or recommendation. It means we get to work with some of the world’s most exciting brands including SPOKE, TALA, Finisterre, ME+EM, Fenton & The Economist to name just a few.

Perks Galore

From half-day Fridays during the summer to a generous Pension Scheme and Free Mental Health support we know that our team is our most important asset and we look after them very well. We’ll even give you an extra day of holiday for every year you’ve been with the agency plus free gym membership and a weekly personal training session. 💪

Fun, fun and more fun!

It sounds cheesy but we like to work hard and play even harder. We have a dedicated Social Committee who ensure the calendar is packed full of fun activities, nights out, sports and other pursuits, not to mention our legendary Summer and Christmas parties…IYKYK

More about the role

So what is a Trainee Paid Search + Social Analyst, exactly?

The Role

As a small agency (punching well above our weight) your role will be incredibly varied and fast paced but excitingly you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our agency. Each day is different but typical tasks you might expect to do are:

  • Assisting with keyword, audience and ad creative research and building out campaign structures
  • Analysing campaign data and identifying trends and insights
  • Creating client reports that are informative and impactful
  • Assisting with communicating with clients via email, telephone and slack
  • Making suggestions on how to improve existing campaign performance

The Training

Our structured, industry leading, training programme will have you learning from almost everybody in the agency (yes, really) – each person will take you through a subject matter one-to-one making sure you have a chance to dive deep and ask questions as you go. All sessions will have practical examples as well as ‘homework’ (to be done during working hours, not after!) to make sure you’re getting the hang of it.

Once you’ve completed the programme over the course of a few weeks, you’ll be ready to obtain your Official Qualifications:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Microsoft Ads Certification

  • Facebook Marketing Partner Qualification

Once probation is completed, you’ll become a fully fledged Junior PPC or Paid Social Analyst.

  • outstanding organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  • strong numerical and analytical skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication
